Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) set out the conditions for using the kamy.cc website, operated by Gigawood Kft. (registered office: 2030 Érd, Elvira u. 33., Hungary), and for submitting enquiries and making purchases through the website.

Scope & Application

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and apply to all services and products available on the kamy.cc website. By submitting the enquiry form, you accept these Terms.

Enquiries & Orders

Products listed on the website are intended for B2B sales. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding order. Prices are indicative – the final price will be communicated in the individual quotation. An order is established upon written confirmation between the parties.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are net prices; VAT will be charged according to applicable legislation. Payment terms: bank transfer in advance or as agreed individually. Shipping costs depend on the destination and order size.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are specified in the individual quotation, typically 5–15 working days. Delivery is made to the address you provide. Please inspect the package upon receipt.

Warranty & Guarantees

Wooden structural elements: 10-year warranty. Plastic elements (slides): 5-year warranty. Metal components: 5-year warranty. The warranty does not cover natural wear, misuse, or natural wood characteristics (see our Wood page).

Limitation of Liability

Gigawood Kft.'s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or force majeure events.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek amicable resolution. Failing this, the competent courts of Érd and Székesfehérvár shall have jurisdiction.
